The River District will provide up to 6,000 acre-feet of storage water in wolford Mountain Reservoir for release to the endangered colorado River fishes as provided herein. This 6,000 acre-feet of storage capacity is herein referred to as the "Fish pool". 1. There are two other pools in Wolford Mountain Reservoir: a. The Denver Pool has a capacity of 24,000 acre- feet. The Denver Pool is allocated for use by Denver pursuant to the Rock creek Reservoir Lease Agreement between the River District and Denver dated March 3, 1987, and the subsequent amendments thereof (Agreement Amending Lease Agreement effective as of July 21, 1992; July 19, 1993, letter agreement concerning the .Amended LeaSe Agreement; and supplemental Agreement to Agreement between. the River District and Denver effective as of December 19,1995); and the decree in Water court Case No. 91CW252. b. The west Slope Pool has a capacity of 36,000 acre-feet. The West Sl.ope Pool is allocated to the River District for use pursuant to its statutory authorities resolutions, pOlicies, decrees, and agreements concerning the Project. 3
