<br />The instream flow recommended compromise is 21.3 percent of
<br />the AVer~ge Annual Release from Green Mountain Reservoir. In
<br />1964 the' release from Green Mountain was 143,600 Acre Feet
<br />which is' the lowest release recorded by the USBR during the
<br />43-year period 1943 to 1985. The recommended compromise
<br />amounts ~o 50.5 percent of this release. This recommendation
<br />leaves a~proximately 71,123 Acre Feet of water available for
<br />other USeS even in the driest year out of the 43-year period.
