Iris decreed for 90 cfs with a basin
rank of 3318. These two diversions and the Heagland Canal System
will virtually dry Elliott Creek in most years. Thus, no inflow
should be credited to the Blue River from Elliott Creek.

The Noonan Ditch diverts water from Elliott Creek and traverses
Martin, Deep, Spring, Spruce and part of Beaver Creek as well. The
.~)NoOn4ll on the t~bulation is decreed for only 4.02 cfs.
