NRCS will obtain copies of the tests from the Colorado Department of Public <br /> <br />Health and Environment and USGS. <br /> <br />Cultural Resources <br /> <br />Cultural resources compliance for each farm will follow the procedures in the NRCS <br />General Manual, Section 420. <br /> <br />Financinc <br /> <br />The individual land users will be responsible fo~ arranging their own personal financing <br /> <br />for their portion of the cost to install the needed conservation practices. <br /> <br />Conditions for Providinc Assistance <br /> <br />Technical and financial assistance furnished by the NRCS is contingent on the <br />appropriation of funds by the United States Congress. <br /> <br />~ <br />
