<br />Installation and Financino <br /> <br />Implementation of planned on-farm land treatment measures will be through individual <br />long term contracts (LTC). <br /> <br />Framework for Carrvino Out Plan <br /> <br />The project installation period is fifteen years. All planning and Long Term Contracts <br /> <br />(LTC) development will be accomplished during the first ~fP.le years. Installation of <br /> <br />practices (construction) will begin the first year and continue through year lathirtellR. <br /> <br />Peak years for installation of practices (construction) will be the second through the <br /> <br />eighth year. Participation in the project is voluntary. Landowners or entitles wishing to <br /> <br />participate must submit an application to enter Into a contract with the NRCS. The <br /> <br />application must contain a legal description of the property to be considered for the <br /> <br />contract. A copy of an affidavit which indicates the individual or entity has control over <br /> <br />the land which would be involved in the contract. If a lease is used, It should indicate <br /> <br />the terms and length. The Soil Conservation Districts and the NRCS will determine the <br /> <br />eligibility of an individual or entity to enter into a contract. They will also review the <br /> <br />applications and set priorities for approval based on the concerns of the sponsors. <br /> <br />Planned Seouence of Installation <br /> <br />Assistance for planning, design, construction layout, and maintenance of practices will <br /> <br />be provided by NRCS. The treatment expenditures for the project are those anticipated <br /> <br />for installation, technical assistance, and administration of land treatment contracts. <br /> <br />~~ <br />
