Stone, <br />Director of the Board, with the modifications of the Operating <br />Principles as set out in a letter from 1ir. Jean S, Breitenstein, <br />chairman of the Drafting Comnittee, to the Director of the <br />Water 3oard, dated February 3, 1951, and with those modifica- <br />tions of Article IV "Effect of Approval of Project Report", <br />(p. 11 of the above-mentioned Report of the Draftinc Sub- <br />committee of the Polic~' and !levie-" CO"1I'littee), made in the <br />Board meeting of Februr.ry 22, 1951 by the adoption of reso- <br />lutions approved by the Colorado lliver NateI' Conservation <br />District and the Southwestern ilater Consel~ation District, <br />be and is hereby formally approved." <br /> <br />~ <br />
