TheRe policies and principles ,nIl be form~lated and later <br /> <br />submitted to the Regional Offic.e; and it is understood that both the <br /> <br />informal and formal comments of the state of Colorado, effectuated thr'ough <br /> <br />action of the Colorado W"-te1" Conservation Board, will be submitted in due <br /> <br />course.
