CDRNER PROTECTION: <br /> <br />The Grantee shall protect all survey monuments, benchmarks, wi tness <br />corners, reference and other monuments, and bearing trees, against <br />destruction, obliteration, and dama~e. If any monument or corner is <br />in an area subject to disturbance orldestruction, the monumentlwi11 be <br />referenced by a registered land surv~yor in such a manner that it can <br />be replaced within 0.1 foot of its original position and properly <br />recorded in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes 38-53-101 <br />through 38-53-112 (1973). <br /> <br />30. VIOLATIONS OF OPERATING PLAN OR CONSTRUCTION STAGE STIPULATIONS: <br /> <br />I <br />If conditions of the Operating Plan pr the Construction Stage Stipula- <br />tions are violated, the Forest Supervisor or his designated represent- <br />ative may order immediate temporary suspension of any project activity. <br />Corrective action, as required by. the Forest Supervisor, may be <br />ordered as deemed necessary. <br /> <br />22 <br />
