Not interested in the Tower Systems' design.

COALIQUID, Inc. has offered to test COloWyo coal for
coal-oil-water mix at no charge.

Panhandle Eastern Pipeline Co., Kansas City, Missouri _
Reconsidering participation on an equity partnership basis for
design and operation but not construction.

Kepling & Associates, Denver, CO - Developed information on CO?
supply/demand. Considering participation on deferred compensation
basis.

Bethlehem Steel, Tubular Products Division, Overland Park, Kansas _
Will provide technical and commercial assistance when pipe requirement
defined. Will consider equity position for providing pipe.

Tower Systems Inc. (designers of a binary cooling tower system) _
Having maintenance problems with a prototype unit installed in
a Lakeland, Florida powerplant. Suffering financial problems
and offer favorable terms if company is rescued. Lakeland indicates
system is viable and operates well when properly maintained.
Bessler and Legal inspected the damaged cooling tower at Lakeland,
Florida. The heat exchange surface (mylar film) failed because
of mechanical abrasion. The system is repairable by replacing
mylar and changing design but the real question is longevity
of the film under any condition. Any film failure would cause
mixture of fresh and saline water.

International Engineering Company - Responded to Clinton's
request to evaluate three alternative configurations for
pipeline systems.

5.2 ANTICIPATED MAY EVENTS

Determine alternate equipment to Tower Systems for binary
cooling tower and follow up with King Wilkinson.

2
