<br />Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors

<br />August 1I. 1966
<br />
<br />A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the Southeastern Colorado Water
<br />Conservancy District was held at the office of the District~ 905 Hiway 50 WeBt,
<br />Pueblo, Colorado. on August 11, 1966. at 10:30 a. m.
<br />
<br />The following Directors were present:

<br />Harold Christy

<br />Absent and excused: Frank Milenski.
<br />
<br />Also present: Messrs. John Patterson~ Division Engineer; Senator Harry Locke;
<br />Don Ebaugh. Pueblo Water Board; Ed Evans, AFL-CIO; and Wallace Doe.
<br />
<br />Mr. Cooper~ Vice President, presided in the absence of Mr. Nichols, and Mr.
<br />Shaw, Secretary ~ acted as Secretary for the meeting.
<br />
<br />Mr. Cooper announced that a quorum was present and the meeting was ready for
<br />the transaction of business.
<br />
<br />The minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors held at the District office in
<br />Pueblo on July 14, 1966, were read and motion being duly made, seconded and
<br />carried~ were declared approved.
<br />
<br />Mr. James Shoun presented the Treasurer's report and moved that the current
<br />bills of the District be approved for payment. The motion was seconded by Mr.
<br />Ciruli and unanimously carried.
<br />
<br />Mr. Wallace Doe~ District Engineer, reported that he felt there was a misunder-
<br />standing as to the CF&I proposal. and he would work with Mr. Nichols and Mr.
<br />Beise on this matter.
<br />
<br />Discussion was held on the raise for the District's Secretary. A motion was made
<br />by Frank Dilley and seconded by George Everett. and unanimously carried that a
<br />raise of $75 a month be given Mollie Brown effective August 1, 1966.
<br />
<br />The meeting adjourned for lunch, and reconvened at 1:30 p. m.
<br />
<br />ANNUAL BUDGET: Mr. James Shoun. Treasurer and Budget Officer. read the
<br />notice of the meeting which had been published twice in each of the following
<br />newspapers: '
