Methods/Approach: <br /> <br />Task 2 - <br /> <br />Task 3 - <br /> <br />Task 4 - <br /> <br />Establish a team of 5 biologists (one from each State and 2 <br />from the Service) with the mission of reviewing each fish <br />stocking proposal per the established "interim" procedures <br />and formulate approaches and address logistics of field <br />visits and proposal adequacy prior to receiving proposals, <br /> <br />Review adequacy of information provided in each stocking <br />proposal.
