Methods/Approach: <br /> <br />Construction design and engineering specifications have been completed <br />for all proposed pond construction work at the Ouray facility, Funds <br />are being pursued from the Recovery Program and the Central Utah Project <br />for pond construction, All NEPA documentation has been completed and <br />approved and appropriate permits have been obtained by the Service.
