It was <br />determined by the Division 5 Engineer that Green Mountain Reservoir did meet the <br />"paper fill", <br /> <br />In accordance with Paragraph 4,(f) of the Stipulation, there are included with this report, <br />nine tables with narrative explanation, The purpose of these tables is to identify the <br />diversions of the Blue River Project for the 2000 water year deliveries of water to the <br />Colorado Springs' potable system by source, return flows to Colorado Springs Utilities <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, and utilization of these return flows, specifically the 1948 <br />Blue River return flows, <br /> <br />If you have any questions regarding this report, please contact Scott Howell at (719)- <br />668-8720. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />o .L~.&' At.- <br /> <br />Leah D.
