ACQillSITION OF PROPERTY AND BOUNDARY AD- <br />10 JUSTMENTS. <br />11 (a) ACQUISITION AUTHORITY.- <br />12 (1) IN GENERAL.-The Secretary may acquire <br />13 non-Federal land and water (including interests in <br />14 non-Federal land or water) for inclusion in the na- <br />15 tional park or the park preserve, including- <br />16 (A) land or water, or interests in land or <br />17 water, owned by the State of Colorado; and <br />18 (B) other land depicted on the park and <br />19 preserve map as being suitable for acquisition <br />20 by the Secretary for inclusion in the park or the <br />21 park preserve. <br />22 (2) BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT.-As soon as <br />23 practicable after the establishment of the national <br />24 park and the park preserve, the Secretary shall mod- <br />25 ify the boundary of the national park and park pre- <br /> <br />I4i 015/022 <br />
