<br />0,3127/00 '17: 22 FAX <br /> <br />DISCUSSION DRAFT <br />13 <br />1 national park or the park preserve, including any well, <br />2 pump, road, easement, pipeline, canal, ditch, power line, <br /> <br />0: \ TOM\ TOMOO,168 <br /> <br />S,L.C. <br /> <br />March 27, 2000 <br /> <br />3 power supply facility, or any other project facility, and the <br />4 operation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of such <br />5 a feature- <br />6 (1) shall not be affected by this Act; and <br />7 (2) shall continue to be the responsibility of, <br />8 and be operated by, the Bureau of 'Reclamation in <br />9 accordance with title I of the Reclamation Project <br />10 Authorization Act of 1972 (43 D.S.C. 615aaa et <br />11 seq.). <br />12 (f) WILDERNESS PROTECTION.- <br />13 (1) IN GENERAL.-Nothing in this Act alters <br />14 the wilderness designation of any land within the <br />15 boundaries of the national park or the park pre- <br />16 serve. <br />17 · (2) ADMINISTRATION.-All areas designated as <br />18 wilderness within the national park and the park <br />19 preserve on the date of enactment of this Act shall <br />20 remain subject to the Wilderness Act (16 D.S.C. <br />21 1131 et seq.). <br />22 (g) WITHDRAWAL.-On the date of enactment of this <br />23 Act, subject to valid existing rights, all Federal land de- <br />24 picted on the park and preserve map as being located with- <br /> <br />I4i 014/022 <br />
