Since that time,
we have had six drill crews operating three drill rigs two shifts per day,
excluding Sunday. Our operations were curtailed during the Christmas
holidays.

The fOllowing tabulation sunnnarizes our drilling to date:
Drill Hole 1-62 491-foot depth Completed (vertical hole)
Drill Hole 2-62 630-foot depth Completed (vertical hole)
Drill Hole 3-62 529.l-foot depth Completed (vertical hole)
Drill Hole 3A-62 279.5-foot depth Completed (angle hole)
Drill Hole 3B-62 320.5-foot depth Completed (angle hole)
Drill Hole 4-62 501.6-foot depth Completed (vertical hole)
Drill Hole 5-63 3l0-foot depth Completed (vertical hole)
Drill Hole 6-63 850-foot depth Drilling (vertical hole)
Drill Hole 7-63 Drilling suspended pending completion of Drill
Hole 8
Dri 11 Hole 8-63 4l5-foot depth Drilling (vertical hole)

The accompanying photograph shows that portion of the reservoir area where
we have been drilling. The yellow dots indicate the locations of the holes
listed above. The yellow broken line represents the approximate contour
of the flow line of the reservoir. The view is to the north and the dam
site is off the bottom edge of the photograph toward the left side.

We have had at least one geologist at Ruedi Reservoir continuously since
the first of last November. The rock cores have been studied regularly
by them and records of each hole prepared, which combined the reports of
each driller with the related rock samples stored in the core boxes. Tests,
including mineralogical analyses, are in progress on selected samples. The
field studies have been supervised and the results of our testing have been
constantly reviewed by geologists with long experience in this type of
investigation.

Although our explorations of the reservoir geology have not advanced yet to
the point where we can draw definite concfusions, we have not encountered
any conditions to warrant proposing a change in location of Ruedi Dam and
Reservoir.

We intend to drill additional holes and make other geophysical investiga-
tions to explore the site thoroughly.
