February 27, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />1. Excess Capacity Contracts from the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation for the storage of pilot <br />project water in Pueblo Reservoir. Copies of the Lower Arkansas Valley Water <br />Conservancy District's agricultural and M &I contracts for 2015 are enclosed herewith. <br />2. Catlin Canal Company shareholder approval of a rotational leasing and fallowing <br />program to provide water outside of Otero County, as required by the Company's bylaws. <br />Applicants have confirmed with the Company's Board of Directors that the shareholders <br />voted to approve shareholder participation in any Super Ditch - sponsored leasing <br />fallowing project at their December 6, 2010 annual meeting and that this approval applies <br />to, and is effective for, this Catlin Pilot Project. A copy of the record of proceedings <br />from that meeting is attached. <br />3. Catlin Canal Company Board of Directors approval for use of augmentation stations and <br />deliveries to alternate headgates for participating shares. Requests for this approval were <br />submitted to the Catlin Canal Company Board shortly after CWCB approval of the Catlin <br />Pilot Project. The Catlin Canal Company Board has indicated this request will be <br />considered at its March 9, 2015 meeting. We will submit this approval following receipt, <br />and understand that commencement of pilot project operations is contingent upon this <br />approval being obtained. <br />4. Inclusion of Fowler's Catlin Pilot Project Water in CWPDA's Rule 14 Plan. A copy of <br />the Fowler email request for inclusion in the CWPDA Rule 14 Plan is attached hereto. In <br />addition, we have confirmed with CWPDA's engineer that the Catlin Pilot Project water <br />to be made available to Fowler is included in CPWDA's Rule 14 Application for 2015, <br />which is due on March 2, 2015. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss this matter further.
