The above diagram illustrates the variability in deep percolation deliveries that
succeeds in meeting the 10 acre -feet per month limit described above, the sum of which must
naturally equal 100 %. For example, Augmentation Station deep percolation deliveries of
15 %, Schweizer Recharge Pond deep percolation deliveries of 30 %, and Hanagan Recharge
Pond deep percolation deliveries of 55 %, which total 100 %, meet the 10 acre -feet per month
limit. The target deep percolation deliveries will likely be set near the middle of each range to
assist in mitigating the expected difference in desired and actual deliveries to the approved
delivery points.
The following table, based on the above distribution of deliveries and the results of the
revised LFT, provides the total return flow, including deep percolation and tailwater, as a
percentage of total delivery, including deliveries to the augmentation stations and recharge
ponds.
