Wolfe, Witte and Tyner: <br />Per term and condition # 10, as provided in the "Written Determination of the State Engineer, <br />HB13 -1248 Catlin Leasing Pilot Project," as approved by the Colorado Water Conservation Board, a <br />revised LET analysis is to be submitted to the Division Engineer prior to February 15, 2015. Said <br />analysis is available on the FTP site listed at the end of this letter, in Appendices B through G, and as a <br />LET spreadsheet (LET FarmDataTemplate v3.xlsm), in the Revised LET Analysis folder. The FTP <br />site may be accessed with the usemame and password also provided at the end of this letter. <br />The revised LET analysis was completed in accordance with term and condition #s 10 and 11 as <br />recommended by the State Engineer. In addition, certain tables contained in the original report were <br />updated as a result of the preliminary revised LET analysis and are available at the FTP site in <br />Appendix K. <br />The following are noteworthy modifications and adjustments to the original analysis. Please <br />see the September 25, 2014 Martin and Wood, Inc., letter report for further details regarding the <br />analysis. <br />Information provided by the Division 2 Office of the Division of Water Resources indicates <br />that all farms, excepting the Schweizer Farm, first provided Rule 14 dry -up in 2003.
