Wolfe, Witte and Tyner: <br />This letter is provided in conformance with Term and Condition Nos. 4, 6, and 13 of the Catlin <br />Fallowing Leasing Pilot Project Determination dated January 16, 2015, as approved by the Colorado <br />Water Conservation Board on January 27, 2015. <br />Term and Condition No. 4 is as follows. <br />By March 1 of each plan year, Applicants shall notes and provide mapping to the Division <br />Engineer of (a) those parcels to be fallowed and the associated shares for the upcoming plan <br />year, (b) how and where the non fallowed Catlin Pilot Project Subject Shares will be used for <br />the upcoming plan year (i.e. surface irrigation, dry -up under Rule 14 Plan, etc) including the <br />location of irrigated lands and (c) the water supplies that will be used on the non fallowed <br />portions of the Catlin Pilot Project farms. Lands and shares fallowed as part of the Catlin Pilot <br />Project shall be limited to those identified in the September 25, 2014 Application. <br />The mapping described in (a) is attached in Figures IA through 6C. Figures [ #]A illustrate the <br />Pilot Project parcels, the parcels to be fallowed and the associated acreage ([ #] represents the figure <br />numbers). Figures [ #]B provide the parcel numbers for the Pilot Project parcels. Figures [ #]C <br />provides suggested parcel numbers for parcels adjusted to accommodate dry -up limitations. Table 1 <br />below provides the fallow shares, acreage and Parcel IDs for each Pilot Project farm. <br />
