To determine whether the Governor has signed the bill <br />or taken other action on it, please consult the legislative status sheet, the legislative <br />history, or the Session Laws. <br /> <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />~- <br />~ <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />HOUSE BILL 06-1385 <br /> <br />BY REPRESENTATIVE(S) Plant, Buescher, Hall, Benefield, Borodkin, <br />Carroll M., Cerbo, Coleman, Curry, Frangas, Green, Madden, Merrifield, <br />Vigil, Jahn, and Todd; <br />also SENATOR(S) Tapia, Keller, Owen, and Gordon. <br /> <br />CONCERNING THE PROVISION FOR PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES OF THE <br />EXECUTNE, LEGISLATIVE, AND JUDICIAL DEPARTMENTS OF THE STATE <br />OF COLORADO, AND OF ITS AGENCIES AND INSTITUTIONS, FOR AND <br />DURING THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY I, 2006, EXCEPT AS <br />OTHERWISE NOTED. <br /> <br />Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Definitions - general provisions. As used in this act, <br />the following definitions and general provisions shall apply: <br /> <br />(1) (a) "Capital outlay" means: <br /> <br />(I) Equipment, furniture, motor vehicles, software, and other items <br />that have a useful life of one year or more and that cost less than fifty <br />thousand dollars; <br /> <br />(II) Alterations and replacements, meaning major and extensive <br /> <br />Capital letters indicate new material added to existing statutes; dashes through words indicate <br />deletions from existing statutes and such material not part of act. <br />
