Objections/Hearings <br /> <br />Pending hearing cases are listed in the Hearing Officer's report. The Staff took part in pre-hearing conferences and spent time trying to resolve or otherwise work on the hearing cases <br /> related to following applicants. The Booker applications were tried by the El Paso County District Court, the applicants have requested the Court to reconsider. The Upper Black Squirrel <br /> Creek GWMD Rules 17, 18 & 19 were appealed to El Paso County District Court which has put the matter on hold pending action on remand to the Hearing Officer. The Pioneer Irrigation <br /> District request to de-designate the NHP case is on appealed to the Yuma County District Court. The Supreme Court issued its decisions in both the Gallegos curtailment request and <br /> the Cherokee Metropolitan District (Sweetwater Stipulation) case. <br /> <br />
