So…Where do the numbers come <br />from? <br />Input data <br />meter readings, recorded telemetry data and AWAS (lagging <br />software) tables <br />Supporting worksheet for every hard number <br />river calls, weather data, decree tables, etc… <br />The rest of the accounting should be all formulas <br />Yes, the formulas must stay intact within the spreadsheet <br />The accounting should comport with established “cradle to <br />grave” accounting standards, which will allow an audit to <br />track exactly how the data is manipulated as it is translated <br />from raw input data to the resultant impact on the river
