CRS 37-92-501 <br /> The state and division engineers shall <br />administer, distribute, and regulate the waters <br />of the state in accordance with the <br />constitution of the State of Colorado; the <br />provisions of Title 37, Article 92 of the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes (Water Right <br />Determination and Administration Act of <br />1969); and other applicable laws. <br />
