The first inch of rain had accumulated on Little Fountain <br />Creek basin by Sept. 11, 2013 (Wed.), 1040 hrs. The majority of the total <br />rain accumulated from Thursday morning, Sept. 12th through early Friday <br />afternoon (see Figure 12). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7.1.3 Rainfall Intensity <br />Figure 13 shows AWA’s SPAS incremental rainfall data during the period of <br />the September 2013 storm. The highest amounts indicate periods of <br />highest rainfall intensity, which often drives runoff.
