Mr. Dick Wolfe, P.E.
Mr. Steve Witte, P.E.
Mr. Bill Tyner, P.E.
February 6, 2015
6. The titles of Tables I -4 through 1 -7 (as contained in the Updated Appendix I of the Catlin Pilot
Project application) were modified to more accurately represent the results provided therein,
and Table I -7 was modified to provide a simulation of the "pay as you go" approach for a ten -
year pilot project operating at average conditions. These Figures are provided in the Updated
Appendix I. As illustrated by Table 1 -7, the difference in deep percolation return flow
accretion timing does not exceed ten acre -feet in any month following project operations under
the simulated operations. As stated above, the difference in deep percolation return flow
accretion timing will likely lessen due to the reduction in available dry -up resulting from
consideration of use of the Colorado Parks and Wildlife shares on Catlin Pilot Project Farms.
Please contact us if you have any questions or any additional information is needed for your
review of this submittal of accounting and proposed operations in accordance with the preliminary
"pay as you go approach." A revised LFT run and updated "pay as you go" analysis will be submitted
after resolution of the use of Colorado Parks and Wildlife Catlin Shares on Catlin Pilot Project Farms
per term and condition and 11.
V
5n
f '
Y: a ansr
Sincerely,
MARTIN AND WOOD
WATER CONSULTANTS, INC.
Craig M.
