LOCATION.--Lat 39°29'18", long 105°05'32", in NE¼ sec.34, T.6 S., R.69 W., Jefferson County, Hydrologic Unit 10190002, on
left bank 168 ft downstream from bridge on State Highway 221, 0.4 mi south of Waterton, 4.7 mi west of Louviers,
and 6 mi upstream from Plum Creek.

DRAINAGE AREA.--2,621 mi2.

GAGE.--Graphic water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry. Datum of gage 5,484.43 ft National Geodetic Vertical
Datum.

REMARKS.--Record complete with the exception of the winter record of Jan. 7-Feb. 27, 1992. The satellite record is the
primary record. Both 'a' and 'b' record for the months of Dec., Jan., and thru Feb. 27, 1992 were calculated by
subtracting the diversions from Denver Water Board's Conduit 20 from the gaged flow at the Strontia gage approx.
6 miles upstream. Record considered good except for 'a' and 'b' periods which are fair. Station maintained and
records developed by Rodger L. Burcher.
