LOCATlON.--Lat 39°12'33", long 105°16'02", in SE¼NW¼ sec.6, T.10 S., R.70 W., Jefferson County, Hydrologic Unit 10190002,
on left bank 1,400 ft downstream from toe of Cheesman Dam and 3.8 mi southwest of Deckers.

DRAINAGE AREA.--1,752 mi2.

GAGE.--Water-stage recorder with satellite telemetry in a wooden shelter at a 30 ft Parshall flume. Datum of gage is
6,609 ft. Station is owned and maintained by the Denver Water Dept. Satellite telemetry is maintained by the
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the USGS.

REMARKS.--Hourly record from satellite data is complete and agrees with the chart record. Adjustments of several hundreds
of a foot were required to the stage data in both records to compensate for slippage in mechanical linkages. The
adjusted records compared closely and the final data is considered reliable. The record is good. Record is
developed by Robert Cooper.
