DRAINAGE AREA.--N/A

GAGE.--Graphic water-stage recorder in a 42-inch diameter corrugated metal shelter. There is a
supplemental outside staff gage.

REMARKS.--Record is complete and reliable except for the following periods: Oct. 29, 1996 partial day
record when station was closed for season; Oct 30, 1996-Mar. 9, 1997 when station was closed for the
winter; Mar. 10, 1997 partial day when station was opened. Record is good, except for period of no
gage-height record which is fair. Coal Creek is a partial year record, but this year discharge
estimated for period when station was closed using measurements, observed outside staff readings,
and weather data for the area. . Station maintained and record developed by Fred Renner.
