MINUTES <br /> FOURTH QUARTERLY MEETING <br /> COLORADO GROUND WATER COMMISSION <br /> NOVEMBER 15, 2024 <br /> The Fourth Quarterly Meeting of the Colorado Ground Water Commission took place <br /> on November 15, 2024, at the Town of Castle Rock Utilities Department Building 183 <br /> 175 Kellogg Ct., Castle Rock, CO 80109. Chairman Arnusch called the meeting to <br /> order at 10:00 a.m. Secretary Matz called the roll and determined that a quorum was <br /> present. Commission members present were Marc Arnusch, Todd Denning, Miguel <br /> Diaz, Tim Hume, Dave Keeler, Jim Noble, Tim Pautler, Dave Payne, Scott Tietmeyer, <br /> Jason Ullmann, Nate Pearson (on behalf of Dan Gibbs) and Emily Zmak (on behalf of <br /> Lauren Ris). Staff members present were Garrett Banks, Sarah Brucker, Kate Fuller, <br /> Chris Grimes, Mike Matz, Javier Vargas-Johnson, Joanna Williams, Kevin Donegan, <br /> Andy Flor, Nolan Tanguma, and Marquez Hatfield. Also present were Jen Mete, A.G. <br /> for the Commission, and Emilie Polley, Mackenzie Herman, and Derek Turner A.G. for <br /> staff. Members of the public were also present. <br /> Chairman Arnusch reminded Staff that two Commissioners were joining the meeting <br /> remotely (Commissioner Hume and Commissioner Payne). <br /> Chairman Arnusch called for agenda item no. 2, Review and approval of agenda <br /> Items, the agenda was approved as presented. <br /> Chairman Arnusch called for agenda item no. 3, Approval of the minutes for the <br /> meeting of August 16, 2024, Chairman Arnusch asked if there were any corrections <br /> or additions to the minutes. Commissioner Keeler mentioned his name was missing <br /> from the attendance list for the August Meeting. <br /> Commissioner Keeler moved to approve the minutes as amended. <br /> Commissioner Noble seconded the motion which carried unanimously. <br /> Chairman Arnusch called for agenda item no. 4, Report of the Executive Director <br /> by Jason Ullmann. <br /> Mr. Ullmann opened his remarks by providing updates on water resources news around <br /> the State. Snowpack conditions for the year statewide were greater than or equal to <br /> the average. <br />
