Status: This case was bifurcated (split apart) from 08GW71 (which settled). This case is
now joined with 09GW15. Applicant filed an amended application which is
pending review by staff. If accepted, application will need to be republished,
resulting in possible new objectors. Next hearing is August 7, 2025 at 0900.

Subject: Objection concerning an application to change a determination of water right
Status: This case was bifurcated(split apart) from 08GW71 (Which settled). It is not
joined with any other cases. This matter is pending. There are two objectors
in this case: Upper Black Squirrel and the Booker Family. Applicant has
reached a settlement with the Booker Family and has extended an offer to
Upper Black Squirrel. The latter will consider the offer at their next board
meeting, which is August 5, 2025. This matter is set for a status conference
on August 18, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
