Flow in the South Platte River continued above average due to return flows from the previous wet year. The limited diversions that occurred in January were primarily for storage, recharge, and direct municipal use. The call on the SOUTH PLATTE RIVER NR. KERSEY FLOW BY WATER YEAR main stem during the whole of January continued to be for 450 storage and municipal use upstream of Denver. 100 Most reservoirs were maintained at their winter storage levels.
