The SWSI value of-1.8 indicates that for February the GUNNISON RIVER BASIN
basin water supplies were below normal. The Soil 5 Surface Water Supply Index Hlctory
Conservation Service reports February 28 snowpack at 85% of 4
normal. Storage in Taylor Park, Crawford, and Fruitland 1, u..
