Flow at the Colorado/Nebraska state line ACJ�ITW TEAR <br /> averaged 231 cfs. <br /> Snowpack is below average in the Poudre and Saint <br /> Vrain basins and approximately average in the remaining <br /> basins. Two general storms of significance occurred during <br /> April, the largest one during the last week of the month.
