The SWSI value of 1.7 indicates that for November the YAMPA-WHITE RIVER BASINS

reports a total of 2.46 inches of precipitation for November, f

which is 112% of average. Total snowfall was 18.5 inches, n "'� , -

sunshine, rain, snow, and periods of gust winds. Most of the -4

precipitation was from two storms, one early in the month ,..... EAR
and the other during the last week. Between the two storms
the weather was mild with temperatures in the 60's.
River flows continue to be at base flow levels, with
limited demands for water.

Stream flows will be near base flow levels for the
remainder of the winter, although there should be sufficient 50
water to meet demands along the main stem reaches.
