Usable <br /> storage in Pueblo Reservoir was 110,000 acre-feet on January <br /> 1, 1991. Usable storage in John Martin Reservoir was <br /> 33,000 acre-feet on January 1, 1991. Winter water storage ARKANSAS RIVER NR. PORTLAND <br /> 750 FLOW BY WATER YEAR <br /> increased by 85,932 acre-feet between November 15 -January <br /> 1, 1991.
