Outlook:
The streamflow forecast is low outside of the Arkansas
mainstem. Reservoir releases for irrigation will remain high
into the late summer to supplement low flows. The Bureau of ARKANSAS RIVER NR. PORTLAND

upper basin reservoirs sufficient to maintain a 700 cfs flow in O.3
