Flow at the key index gaging station, Rio Grande near _ ti <br /> Del Norte, averaged 1009 cfs for the month as compared to 3 <br /> the historic monthly average of 1434 cfs. Cumulative flow at - t• �- <br /> this station for the water year is near normal. Basin wide <br /> :)(‘ <br /> reservoir storage was at 90% of average on August 1, 1991. ° <br /> Platoro Reservoir decreased storage (usable) to 28,200 acre- fit" ,/ <br /> feet on August 1st.
