Administrative/Management Concerns -
Dry weather through December and January has 3-

snow at lower elevations. Both the irrigators and skiers are MDNTW YEAR
hoping for snow. Reservoir storage for Grand Mesa reservoirs
was only 17% of capacity going into the fall. There is thus
very little carryover to rely on. Blue Mesa Reservoir has a fair
amount of storage, but is not indicative of the water supply
