Flow at the gaging station, Yampa River at Steamboat, was 55.0 cfs as compared to the 1961-1991 February average of 92.0 cfs. February j , precipitation was usually limited to small localized storms that a lacked the intensity to provide much improvement to the snow pack conditions. Only a few selected snow measuring sites I were surveyed, but those that were measured, registered o :Illimprovements of 6 to 10%.
