With basin wide reservoir storage RIO GRANDE NR. DELNORTE <br /> YEAR <br /> below normal for this time year, the November snowfall in the F B1 WATER <br /> surrounding mountains was welcomed. The P ao <br /> daily flows at the Rio Grande River near Del Norte dropped from `� 70 ��� <br /> 266 cfs on Nov. 1 to 160 cfs on Nov. 30. The average flow for <br /> the month at the Del Norte gage was 200 cfs. The daily flows at 4° <br /> the Conejos River near Mogote decreased from 134 cfs on Nov. <br /> 1 to 43 cfs on Nov. 30. The average flow for the month at the 10 <br /> Oct Nov Ow Jen FW Wren <br /> Mogote gage was 58 cfs. Due to cold temperatures and snow the MONTH <br /> G *ET c,..7) o °l%CW773 ♦ AVG % 11163 <br /> recharge decrees were not able to run their full decreed amounts. <br /> A large amount of resource time was committed to the preparation <br /> of abandonment proceedings during the month. Compact <br /> administration has proved to be a very difficult task this year due <br /> to early spring runoff caused by the large snowpack on the valley REPRESENTATIVE RESERVOIRS <br /> floor. Nearing the end of the 1992 calendar year, which is the 23 °"'IA <br /> accounting year for the Rio Grande Compact, it appears that the 24- <br /> Rio Grande will over-deliver it's portion of the obligation by 20- <br /> approximately 40,000 AF.
