In the event that <br /> such an order is not complied with, injunctive proceedings will be <br /> initiated in District Court against those to whom orders were <br /> issued. These rules apply to non-exempt (not exempt from <br /> administration) wells. They do not apply to nontributary wells, ARKANSAS RIVER NR. PORTLAND <br /> designated basin wells, and wells exempt from administration FLOW BY WATER YEAR <br /> such as small domestic and livestock wells.
