Rule 18. Effective Date <br /> These Rules shall become effective on April 1, 2023, in accordance with section 37-92-501, <br /> C.R.S., and will thereafter remain in effect until amended as provided by law. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any persons wishing to protest these Rules may do so in the <br /> manner provided in section 37-92-501, C.R.S.
