2. The licensed contractor shall submit a written request for exemption to the State <br />Engineer. <br />3. The request shall specify the work to be performed and clearly identify the person <br />who will be conducting the work. <br />4. A request shall include a schedule for conducting the work and an explanation by <br />the licensed contractor as to how the contractor will ensure work quality and <br />compliance with Rules, Regulations, and statutes. <br />5. At a minimum, the licensed contractor shall make a daily visit to the job site and <br />be available for contact from the job site at all other times. <br />6. The licensed contractor shall be on -site at critical or crucial times of construction <br />or installation to ensure the work is conducted properly and in accordance with <br />requirements. The State Engineer shall determine "Critical" or "crucial" times. <br />7. All work performed under the supervision of the contractor shall be considered to <br />be conducted under the contractor's license. <br />8. The licensed contractor shall be responsible for all work performed under his <br />license and shall submit all necessary reports in accordance with the reporting <br />requirements of the Rules. <br />Dated this 5ncday of August, 2003 <br />Halsey R.
