A review of the 2002 measurements as compared to the 2001 measurements reveals that the <br />following water level changes have occurred since the last measurement period (2001): <br />water level declines = 30 wells as compared with 43 between 2000 and 2001 <br />water level rises = 46 wells as compared with 23 in the 2000-2001 report <br />no measured change in water level = 20 wells as compared to 10 in 2000-2001 period. <br />Arithmetic average of monitored wells.
