WATER LEVELS IN THE D NVER BASIN <br />BEDRUCK AQUI RS <br />2003 <br />o�d water and eievation of the occu.rrence of <br />Th1s report contains bas�c data concerrung the depth to gr <br />ground water in the four bedrock aquifers of the Denver Ba in during the spring of 2403. The report also <br />contains data from previous years in which the wells were m asured. Changes for the last year and this year <br />(2002 and 2003} and for a specified five-year period �1999 to 2443} are also included. 3n addition, <br />hydrographs from selected weils are presented for each aqui er. The water level measurements for most of <br />the wells were obtained by Mr. Howard C. ("Buck") Bai ridge. Water le�els were also provided by <br />personne� from various water districts and municipalities. Th Di�ision of Water Resources requested water <br />veI information from svme districts and munici alities that �id not respond. The Division will continue to <br />Ie P <br />request this information on an annual basis, and appre�iate� the cooperation of the many entities that do <br />provide water level information. <br />Included in this repvrt is a summary of the Denver Basin geQlogy with generalized aquifer maps and cross <br />sections. This summary wi11 be included in future reports. <br />
