The drill location shall be accessed by overland <br />travel from the existing county road (CR V 16). <br />2) The potential for storm water run-on to the drill-site area shall be minimized by placing a <br />water-bar diversion structure at the intersection of the two existing drill roads. <br />3) The drainage adjacent to the drill site shall be avoided and no materials shall be allowed <br />to enter the drainage. <br />4) All stipulations outlined in the original approval letter dated October 27, 2009, apply. <br />DOE coordinated its review of this revised drill-site location with the U.S. Bureau of Land <br />Management (BLM) and the Colorado Division of Reclamation Mining, and Safety (CDRMS). <br />These agencies have concurred with DOE's decision; e-mail from G. Russell Means, CDRMS, <br />dated October 29, 2009, and e-mail from Bernard Buria, BLM, dated November 4, 2009. <br />Approval of this plan is conditioned upon the faithful compliance with the terms, conditions, and <br />stipulations set forth herein and in the Lease Agreement. This approval is restricted solely to the <br />activities set forth in your plan. Activities not described shall not be undertaken until and unless <br />a supplemental plan is submitted to and approved by the DOE Realty Officer.
