Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Moab, Utah 84532 <br />Re: Atkinson Mesa Notice of Intent Application, No. P-2008-021, Full Release Request, SL-OlApproval. <br />Dear Mr. Hamilton, <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) approved Homeland Uranium's Notice of Intent for the <br />above referenced project on July 10, 2008. On June 19, 2009 DRMS received a request to withdrawal the <br />project and release the reclamation liability warranty. No disturbances were noted during the July 16, 2009 <br />inspection of the proposed drill areas. Therefore DRMS is pleased to approve the full release request for the <br />rp oiect. <br />Per Rule 4.16.1(4) the office must wait thirty (30) days to release the noted warranty in case of an objection to <br />the release decision. If Homeland has not received the warranty back by September 3, 2009 please contact <br />Elizabeth Taliaferro in the Denver Office. She may be reached at 303.866.3567, ext 8148. <br />DRMS must also receive written concurrence documentation from BLM prior to any final release.
