Box <br />336626, Greeley, CO 80633 and phone number is 970 - 356 -1853, <br />has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materi- <br />als Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. <br />The proposed mine is known as the GoodMiller #2 Pit, and is lo- <br />cated at Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 59 West of the <br />(6th) Colorado Principal Meridian, in Weld County. <br />The proposed date of commencement is May 2015, and the pro- <br />posed date of completion is 2023. The proposed future use of <br />the land is dry rangeland, which is the current use.
