Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: DRMS File No. M- 2013 -041, Thank You Lord Claim, 110(2) <br />Hard Rock /Metal Mining Reclamation Permit Application Package <br />Preliminary Adequacy Review <br />Dear Mr. Busse: <br />The Division has completed a preliminary review of the permit application, and has the following <br />comments. <br />6.3.3 Exhibit C — Mining plan <br />1) If mining activities will be conducted each year, but mining will be conducted for less than 180 <br />days in each year, then the permit application must contain a statement that the operation is <br />an intermittent operation. Please provide the following statement if applicable "Mining <br />activities will occur for less than 180 days per year on affected land ". <br />2) Please specify the estimated dates that mining will commence and end. <br />3) Please specify the dimensions of any significant disturbances to the land surface such as a pit <br />excavation. <br />6.3.5 Exhibit E — Map <br />4) The Mining Plan Map and Reclamation Plan Map as submitted the Division contains more than <br />9.99 acres. Please Submit a Mining Plan Map and Reclamation Plan Map with the proposed <br />permit boundaries encompassing no more than 9.99 acres. <br />Application Package <br />5) Please provide the signed notice stating the application has complied with Rule 1.6.2(1)(b) by <br />posting the required notice at the proposed permit site. <br />General comments <br />6) The application must be submitted with the appropriate fee of $288 (unless submitted by a <br />third party). <br />Office of Office of <br />Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines <br />
